Vera International Preschool & Childcare aims to provide children the best of International Early Childhood Education based on best practices from around the world. Vera uses and IB-based curriculum, rooted in the Reggio Emilia philosophy which is Powered by HEI Schools, Finland – that has been curated to suit the Indian requirements and standards.

Our Core Team
Mr. Jha is a veteran of the technology industry who served with leading companies like Sun, Cisco and IBM in various leadership roles. His passion for creating an outstanding early education platform is one of the driving forces towards creating of Vera Preschools & Childcare. Mr. Jha firmly believes that each child must have access to world-class education that is research-driven and highly safe.
Ms. Jha’s career spans over 20 years during which she has been remarkably effective with her hands-on management of Pre-school and Early Childcare businesses. Ms. Jha is highly conversant with the Reggio Emilia philosophy through extensive training in India and abroad. Her sharp business acumen and overall entrepreneurial outlook were instrumental in helping a prominent preschool chain create a robust presence in the region. She has setup and operationally managed over two dozen preschools across India, which catered to over 2000 preschool & childcare children. Her passion to provide children with aesthetically designed, warm and welcoming environments which support children’s growth, development and learning has led to the foundation of Vera International Preschool & Childcare
Ms. Ghosh has over 27 years as an early childhood educator in India & abroad. She has been a passionate teacher and a keen observer who is well aware of the learning and the developmental needs of young children. She possesses a Diploma in ‘Preschool Education – Teaching’ from the renowned Kinderworld Educare Center in Singapore. Ms. Ghosh is well versed in the Reggio Emilia philosophy & pedagogy. During her vast career, she has mentored and trained hundreds of early childhood educators. She is a highly respected citizen of the ECCE community. She has also worked with children with special needs. Ms. Ghosh is the primary force behind curriculum development and teacher training at Vera International pre-school and childcare.
A child’s wellbeing depends on a healthy mix of mental & physical wellness. Ms. Damodaran is an engineer by qualification who took to Nutrition about 18 years back. She has a Masterclass in clinical Nutrition, is a certified sports nutritionist and a wellness coach. Damodaran brings with her a perfect blend of qualifications and experience that will benefit every Vera child.
